The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting two design projects along SR-9/Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County. They include: SR-9/Interstate 95 at Gateway Boulevard, including improvements on Gateway Boulevard from west of High Ridge Road to east of Seacrest Boulevard, Financial Project Identification Number (FPIN) 231932-1-32-01; and SR-9/Interstate 95 at SR-804/Boynton Beach Boulevard, including improvements on Boynton Beach Boulevard from Old Boynton Road/SW 8th Street to just east of NW 3rd Street, FPIN 435804-1-32-01. The Project Development & Environmental Study (PD&E) on both projects was accepted by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on March 17, 2018. The projects were split into separate projects for design and construction.
